Turkish and Qatari delegations headed by H.E. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey and H.E. Khalid Al-Attiyah, Foreign Minister of the State of Qatar will meet in Turkey on 9 May 2015 within the scope of the preparations of the High-Level Strategic Committee, which was established with the Joint Accord document signed between H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of the Republic of Turkey and Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar on 19 December 2014.

The sides will review the current situation in the fields of cooperation included in the scope of High-Level Strategic Committee, finalize the agreements on the agenda for signing and exchange views on implementing the projects.

Foreign Minister Çavuşoğlu and Qatari Foreign Minister Al-Attiyah will also discuss the regional issues during the meetings.
