We welcome holding of the elections for the lower house of the Parliament of Afghanistan on 20 October 2018 and the interest shown by all Afghan people in the elections, despite the challenging conditions
We hope that postponed elections in two provinces due to the security situation will be held as early as possible.
After all relevant Afghan institutions carry out their work in a just and transparent manner, we expect that the definitive results of the elections will be declared as soon as possible.

As of 25 January 2022 visa applications for Türkiye are no longer received at the Turkish Consulates General in Amsterdam, Deventer and Rotterdam.
