We learned with sorrow that a fire that broke out at a clinic in Osaka, Japan, caused loss of lives and injuries.
We convey our condolences to the families of the victims who lost their lives at this tragic event, to the friendly people of Japan as well as the Government of Japan and wish speedy recovery to the injured.
