We have learned with sorrow the loss of life and injury caused by an explosion last night in Baku.

We share the pain of our Azerbaijani brothers, wish Allah’s mercy for those who lost their lives, convey our condolences to the bereaved families and wish them patience, as well as a quick recovery to the injured.
