H.E. Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs, will participate in the Fourth Summit of the Council of Europe which will be held in Reykjavik, Iceland, on 16-17 May 2023.
At the Summit, the issues on the agenda of the Council of Europe will be discussed within the framework of the latest developments and current challenges in Europe.
