We welcome the signing of the Doha Framework for a Comprehensive Peace Agreement between the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and AFC/M23.
The Framework Agreement constitutes a significant step toward reaching a lasting solution to the conflict in eastern DRC.
We commend the efforts of all actors contributing to the process, particularly Qatar which has played a facilitator role, towards the stability of the Great Lakes Region.
Türkiye will continue to support all efforts aimed at establishing peace, security and stability in Africa.
